Hold for Weight and Shipping Options

Purpose

LindFast Solutions Group ecommerce customers may select Hold for Weight during checkout when they want eligible products held until the required shipping weight is reached. Add the products to the ecommerce order.

When to Use

• Use when the request matches this article and the required identifiers are available.

Procedure

1. Review the request and collect the identifiers listed in this article.

2. Complete the approved workflow.

3. Record the result and next action in the Jitbit ticket.

Troubleshooting

• Confirm the company, user, order, product, or shipment identifiers before retrying.

• Capture the exact error or unexpected result without including credentials or protected payment data.

Escalation

• Escalate when the approved procedure cannot be completed, authorization is unclear, or the issue requires another team.

• Include the ticket number, identifiers, steps already attempted, and the requested next action.
